II Week of Italian Cuisine in the World

On Monday October 16, the Italian Embassy in Beirut announced the II Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (20-26 November) during a gastronomic Italian dinner prepared for the occasion by the Italian Chef Paolo Amadori in honor of the Lebanese press at GAVI restaurant in Downtown Beirut.

Within the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, ITA – the Italian Trade Agency, Beirut office, in collaboration with ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine and IGE, Institut de Gestion des Entreprises – Université Saint Joseph, hosted a three days full immersion Masterclass with the Italian Chef Paolo Amadori who presented the new trends of the Italian cuisine.
