The ordinance adopted on 08/28/2021 by the Ministry of Health (https://www.esteri.it/mae/resource/doc/2021/08/ordinanza_esteri_28-8.pdf) confirms Lebanon in list D of the DPCM.

Therefore from 01/09/2021 to 25/10/2021 it is possible to travel from Lebanon to Italy for any reason, including tourism, if in the previous fourteen (14) days you have stayed / transited in a country of list D, observing the following measures:

· Fill in an online location form, also called digital Passenger Locator Form (https://app.euplf.eu/#/), and present it on your mobile device or in paper version to the carrier at the time of boarding and to anyone in charge of carrying out the checks.

· Present to the carrier, upon boarding, and to anyone in charge of carrying out the checks, the “green” COVID-19 certification, issued upon completion of the vaccination cycle or a vaccine certification, issued by the competent health authorities upon getting a vaccine validated by the European Medicine Agency (currently Comirnaty, Spikevax, Vaxzevria, Janssen).

· Present to the carrier, upon boarding, and to anyone responsible for carrying out the checks, a certificate attesting the negative result of a molecular or antigen test, conducted with a swab, carried out in the seventy-two (72) hours prior to entry in Italy, to be shown to anyone responsible for carrying out this verification. The deadline is reduced to forty eight (48) hours for entry from the UK. Minors between 0 and 5 years are exempted from the test.

In case of non-presentation of the certifications indicated in points 2 and 3, it is still possible to enter Italy but it is mandatory to:

· Carry out an additional molecular or antigen test, conducted with a swab, at the end of the five (5) days of isolation.
