The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that it will grant five (5) scholarships of nine months each (starting November 2016) in order to attend the courses of the Diploma in Advanced European Studies (MDAES) of the European College of Parma for the academic year 2016-2017. The scholarships are limited to young graduates.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor degree or Master’s degree (3 + 2) or equivalent. Upon completion of the final MDAES exam, the students will obtain the Diploma in Advanced European Studies.
The following candidates are not eligible: university students still enrolled by the deadline date or who are older than 35 years.
The languages of instruction are Italian, English and French. Candidates must have at least a B1 level in English and an A2 level in Italian.

The monthly amount of the scholarship is of 820 (eight hundred twenty) Euros. The Ministry will cover the health insurance for the duration of the scholarship.
The College, while providing the partial exemption from payment of the fee to the MDAES (5,000 Euro), requires the payment of 3,000 Euro.
Candidates should apply as follows:
1. Fill in the interactive form available at the following address: http://borseonline.esteri.it/ . The platform for applications will be active from August 25th (noon, Italian time) till September 11th, 2016 (noon, Italian time);
2. Also fill in the application form of the European College of Parma, found at: http://www.europeancollege.it/it-IT/diploma-e-master-universitario/Diploma-in-Alti-Studi-Europei-DASE__m54.aspx . This form must be submitted to the College in pdf format at the following mail address:apply@collegioeuropeo.it .
Only applications submitted as per the above-mentioned procedure will be taken into consideration. Applications will be assessed by the month of September. The winners will be notified by e-mail.
