For the allocation of contributions from the resources of their competence for 2024, the Directorate General for Globalization (DGMO), the Directorate General for Political Affairs and Security (DGAP) and the Directorate General for Europe and International Trade Policy (DGUE) have drawn up Notices of publicity for the disbursement of contributions. The Notices are published on the MAECI website.
With reference to the methods of submitting applications, Article 4 of both Notices provides that, for subjects who have their registered office in a non-EU country, the application must be submitted exclusively through the Italian Diplomatic Representation with territorial jurisdiction (paragraph 2) and that, in place of the declaration in lieu of certifications according to the model attached to the Notice, the same subjects must produce suitable documentation equivalent according to the legislation of the State of origin, legalized by the Italian Diplomatic Representation with territorial jurisdiction (paragraph 5).
The stamp affixed by the Diplomatic Representation upon receipt of the application will be valid (paragraph 6).
