The regulations for the enrollment of non-EU international students for the 2025–2026 academic year have been published. These apply to the following programs:
- Bachelor’s Degrees, Master’s Degrees, and Single-Cycle Master’s Degrees at Universities and Polytechnic Institutes
- First- and Second-Level Academic Diplomas at institutions of Higher Artistic and Musical Education (AFAM), including:
- Academies of Fine Arts
- National Academy of Dance
- National Academy of Dramatic Arts
- Legally recognized Academies of Fine Arts
- Conservatories of Music
- State-recognized Music Institutes
- Higher Institutes for Artistic Industries (ISIA)

The Visa Office of the Italian Embassy in Beirut is responsible for issuing study/enrollment visas to students residing in Lebanon and Syria. Interested students must apply exclusively through TLScontact, located in Place des Martyrs, Beirut, by registering at: https://it.tlscontact.com/lb/bey/index.php
To request the legalization of Lebanese documents and the issuance of the Declaration of value, students residing in Lebanon are invited to schedule an appointment through the Prenotami platform. Students residing in Syria are kindly requested to contact the Embassy of Italy in Damascus for legalization and Declaration of Value requests at consolare.damasco@esteri.it .
