Through a reciprocal agreement with Lebanon (the Memorandum of Understanding for the conversion of licenses Lebanese and Italian signed on December 6th 2000 and entered into force June 9th 2001), you can proceed with the conversion of Italian driving license. The Embassy authenticates the signature of the translator and issue a statement attesting the authenticity of the italian driving license. With these documents will need to apply to Lebanese authorities where the Italian one will be permanently withdrawn.
